My husband calls it my toy, pulled it out of the package, put batteries in, and said for me to send it back, it doesn't work. All the coins are going into the large holder.The next morning I read the directions. Under 'troubleshooting' it says that if it is doing that - the batteries are in backward. When finally decided to open it found out that it does not work ie does not start even when fresh batteries are put in. Cannot return it because it is outside the return window from Amazon. Having said that, I do not like the construction of the unit. Looks flimsy. The batteries do not seem to want to sit in their place, they keep popping out by themselves, which is very irritating.
