    Good Product, Indifferent Customer Service

The product was as described, sturdy, and exactly what I needed.The fulfillment process, left a lot to be desired.The order was placed the first week in October and the delivery was promised for a week later.  The 'tracking number' provided by the Boxery was "ground".  When the delivery-by date passed with out a package, I ping'd the Boxery.  They assured me that the package was in UPS.  I checked the order, the tracking still said "ground".  I sent off another billet-doux. A day later I got an e-mail from *UPS* with a real tracking number, with a promised delivery by the end of the week.  The package arrived four days later.  According to the UPS logs, the carton had been accepted for deliver six days earlier, the day that I first contacted the Boxery about their (lack of) tracking information.I like the product, and I did order another box of 50 about ten minutes ago.  We will see if this carton takes a month to make an appearance on my front stoop.
