In a nutshell, I am not that happy or satisfied with this product as I expected better product than the one I received. My observations are:->Firstly, the labelling on the copper jug creates enough doubt. Even though the CROCKERY WALA sticker was nicely pasted but it was on another old & torn sticker. May be in a hurry the seller wasn't careful enough to remove the OLD STICKER completely. Or the product may be an Old and used one too.->Secondly, the copper jug has many scratch marks which are visible now after using and washing it. Before using the jug, it was thoroughly washed inside-out. Then some scratch marks were visible. And now after using for two days many scratch marks are noticed on it.
