Previous was an 'AquaCube' which was a pain to take apart and clean and eventually packed up.The pump is pretty quiet, the only time you can really hear it is when there's no other noises in the night, even then it's about the same as the fridge, so not intrusive. I just use the bowl section with the water bubbling up the middle, she seems to like that. I found that the additional cone makes the water 'trickle' which you can hear so decided against that option and took it off.Looks great, quiet pump, easily taken apart and cleaned, so over all, a great product which my cat uses which is even better!The only thing that puzzles me is the carbon filter - I almost dont see the point. Unfortunately, I am unable to find the correct size filters (4.2 inches) as all the generic ones are 5 inches. I contacted the seller who confirmed they do not make or sell these and they informed me they will speak to they're devolpment team to see if this is something that can be looked at for the future. Also it does lose a lot of water around the sides which makes for a very wet floor. However I can't fault the customer service team who were happy to help and excellent with their responses.
