We carry out an inspection schedule each year across a variety of randomly selected products verifying that our products are in compliance. We would never declare any product as “free” from the above due to the presence of “limits of detection” during the testing process but we would confirm: • <5 micrograms per kg for Ochratoxin A (Our testing over the previous four years shows an average of less than 0.3 micrograms per kg). • Below the relevant limits of detection for a full pesticide screen or heavy metal presence (no issues reported above any limits of detection in the four years of testing). **Q: Do you roast beans after getting order or just send it in stock? How old is the coffee beans in stock?** A: The beans arrive already roasted, they just need to be ground to your liking.
