These door seals are different than the original seals. They are soft, hollow, spongy rubber.The rear door seals are molded to fit the door frame. The passenger side one you stretch over the door like a giant rubber band and cement the corners in place. Most of the seal has peel and stick adhesive already on it but not the molded corners.The driver side rear door seal has only three sides so you glue the top corner on and then stretch it around the door, peeling the tape and sticking it in place as you go.My back doors still leak water just like they did before I replaced the seals but the other doors are performing well. I had trouble getting the doors to close because of the thickness of the seals but after a day they conformed and compressed adequately. Over time they mold themselves to the door jamb. The van is much quieter.Overall I find these okay.

Perfect fit for my 1985 Ford Econoline 250 van.  The rear doors required a bit of extra effort, and the sliding door was a fun challenge.  I used the 3m weatherstripping adhesive to ensure a secure bond, as the included sticky side doesnt seem to be sufficient.  Be sure to also remove as much of the previous adhesive as possible, as the old flaky stuff can cause water issues when you adhere the new rubber.

These molds did not fit and were kinked in several places i tried several different ways and now my van leaks worse than it did, i would never recommend these to anyone.
