And as of today June 4, 2020, it has been DOA for a week. When i turn on the car, the screen stays black. Tried to reset it, nothing. I really liked this unit despite the problems I've had with it over the last year, including a flashing odometer problem that I never got solved. Well I guess I got my moneys worth.Original review: Great unit!! I love the screen size and brightness. I dont like the fact that a device this complex doesn't come with a manual or at least refer you to a website with instructions. Also I may have to get an amplifier because the unit is not as loud when using Bluetooth. I'm still learning the unit but that's what I've found so far. (Update: I have had a problem from the beginning with the odometer blinking. I was told to have the dealership "flash the CANBUS", but this is not free. I had them do it on 2 occasions and it made no changes. I did correspond with the manufacturer, and the made an attempt to fix the problem, but to no avail. I really like the unit, but the dealership is telling me to get rid of it. I'll be looking for a new unit in the next few months. ### ⭐⭐ Beware before you buy *by H***7 on Reviewed in the United States on June 3, 2020* Hello, I purchased this radio for my renegade based on there description, plug and play, steering wheel control which turned out to be very misleading. First the plug and play portion came with all the cables except an antenna interface cable, next the steering wheel controls were not accessible and the Canbus that came with the unit would not interface with my vehicle (odometer kept flashing). basic settings were also not accessible (windshield wiper settings (rain sensor) (locking vehicle without horn)etc. I did contact customer support to address these issues and after about two weeks of back and forth emails and they claiming to have had there engineers look at the issue, There answer was that the canbus was setup for vehicles in there region. so i returned the radio.
