Great picture and color but didn't realize that it did not have hard drive and can not log in to the menu screen to personalize the settings it has user name as "admin" then the password which has not been added and the default password does not appear to be working either so when I do get a hard drive I still won't be able to recordRevised review..... I now have a hard drive installed and this surveillance system is working perfectly it continuously recording and uses minimal storage for recordings I go through the recordings about every two weeks and delete all the saved video that is not useful for legal purposes and the clarity of the images is awesome records in HD and the pictures are crystal clear... I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the system and I am totally happy with the product and I will recommend this product to anyone who is interested in buying a new surveillance system!!!

Very affordable video monitoring system, easy to install. Comes with a recording feature so you can do video playbacks.  We are very please with the purchase.

This is a revision to my previous review, which wasn't good.I bought this dvr around the fall of 2017 and it recently started shutting down, making clicking noises. I got it to reboot a few times after unplugging it for about twenty minutes.  But within a day it failed again and finally wouldn't reboot at all.I contacted SANNCE customer support, and for awhile was growing frustrated with them because they kept sending me replies asking me to take a video of what it was doing, because at that point, it was doing nothing.Finally a customer rep (named K---) suggested I change the power adapter, and that seemed to solve the problem. For now.I don't know why the power adapter failed, but at least their customer service rep(s) provided feedback.
