The ones that come with the bag though are good quality containers. **Q: Can you use to flask for coffee?** A: The flask is not thermally insulated, it is meant to hold cold fluids to be used to max your protein. Great for meal prepping and has helped me stick to my weight loss goals. The quality and drurability of the food containers is great but the shake and the pill dispenser both feel quote cheap and the pill dispenser broke quickly.
