They contour to my hand and I can not even tell the bucket wire handle is even there. I even put one on the wife’s 2 gallon watering can and she doesn’t ask me to fill it and carry it around. Review: Seems perfect - I used these to replace some broken plastic handle sleeves on 5 gallon home depot buckets. These things are awesome. The grip is much wider than the original plastic sleeves and make it much more comfortable to carry heavy buckets. Price seems to be a little high for what is effectively a fancy plastic tube but having said that, I will probably buy another pack since they work so well. I'll just cut the original sleeves off and replace them. One tip - You need to remove the old broken sleeve before putting these on. No directions came with them but pretty self explanatory. Line up all 4 sets of tabs and then press completely together with your hands, or use a large pair of pliers and press firmly until the halves are completely snapped tight on both ends. Wish I could remove them and install on newer buckets when old ones break, but their tenacity and endurance is part of what I appreciate about them.
