I have leather and make cases for mine to keep them sharp and not get caught on other things in the drawer.... ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Edge Retention For A Low Carbon Steel. *by C***R on Reviewed in the United States on January 19, 2018* Rada claims this blade steel is T420 stainless steel it has a low carbon content i thought it would be impossible to cut 100 plus feet of measured cardboard that adds up to a lot of onions and tomatoes.There is no way Chully Budger was going to cut up onions and tomatoes for 6 months to check out the edge retention.After this ordeal i was able to cut printer paper with a bit of effort without see sawing back and forth It took me about 2 minutes on a buffing wheel to get the knife back to shaving sharp.It is possible Rada has this knife steel made up with a higher carbon content i don't know i was unable to find any info. maybe the carbon content is close or the same as 420 HC and it also could be a secret heat treatment to bring out the very best in the blade steel and then again it could be a Paul Bos heat treatment. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Very Nice knife *by B***T on Reviewed in the United States on September 11, 2021* 1st of all Made in the USA very sharpworth every penny Use it to cut my water mellon , Musk Melon , Cantalupecuts through them very easily ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Favorite knife *by B***6 on Reviewed in the United States on March 8, 2021* This is my favorite knife.
