I am beyond impressed how beautiful this cookbook is and anyone who loves Star Wars will love this! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fun and delicious! *by P***O on June 10, 2023* So, having just returned from Galaxy's Edge, my family was craving more of the food from Docking Bay 7 (DLR not WDW). I bought this on a whim, and I'm so glad I did. Few things to consider: you will need a grocery store like a Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, or specialty market. However, if you have a WF's nearby, I've found everything there. For reference: I make most of our food from scratch, but I'm not adventurous in the kitchen. The directions are easy to follow, and it is a lot of fun flavor combos. I have not gone through the whole book yet, but we are loving it. Yes, it's true: the ronto wrap in the book is different from the park, and so is the Felucian Garden dish. In DLR, that is made with impossible meat. In this book, it's chickpeas. But so what? It's close/similar, and fun. Also, I was able to adjust every recipe to be gluten free. I would say there is xanthan gum in a few, so if you have a corn allergy you may need to modify more. Soy sauce is also used often, but you can swap out for soyless soy sauce. Get it. It's fun!
