This one has a built in volume which increases the signal and eliminates volume discrepancies. I use 89.1 fm and this has never lost signal or had interruptions. A: Scosche BTFM4-SP1, you are unable to rename the device in your BT settings. For more information please contact Scosche Tech Support at 800-363-4490 Ext. 3

**Q: Does the BTFreq have a microphone?**
A: yes, there is a microphone built in.  There are two pinholes that are on top of the display and below it.  That is the microphone

**Q: Would this work in Italy??**

I've bought several brands of these FM transmitters and they all had issues. From poor reception to decreased volume. This one has a built in volume which increases the signal and eliminates volume discrepancies. I use 89.1 fm and this has never lost signal or had interruptions. Being able to turn the knob and search through your music library is a feature I've used more than I thought I would. Definitely recommend, it is a good value for cars without Bluetooth capabilities.
