He can comfortable lay in it but when he stands up, he’s gets a little cramped. It also can be a little flimsy when you’re carrying your pet inside because as we all now our little ones aren’t going to just lay there perfectly still with all the exciting things they see outside of the carrier. But that’s easily fixable by just carrying both ends of the bag instead of by the handle or the strap. Then mesh window and door on each side are great. I can keep and eye on him to see how he’s holding up. And the durability of those mesh sides had me worried at first because being that I’m carrying a kitten with razor-sharp teeth he likes to chew on everything and I was afraid he would chew right through it. But so far it’s held up great. Overall I would say that this carrier is great for short trips to the vet or Directly from one location to another but for a long trip it’s probably going to be too small and your animal May feel Claustrophobic.
