Review: Terrific - lining (2 layers) and perfectly pouffy! - This is a terrific tutu. I bought this to use for a ghost costume - my almost-3-year-old was so adorable! The waist was too big and I panicked a bit when I saw it - I knew it was an adult size so I thought I might need to safety-pin it so it would have been OK. But it had a drawstring and we used that and it worked perfectly! (Drawstring is on the inside of the waist so you wouldn't see it if you are an adult and that matters to you!) It came to her ankles, which was perfect for her ghost costume. It was a great quality - there was a lining PLUS another layer of white fabric over it, then the tulle. It was nice and pouffy and adorable. You wouldn't need to wear anything under it but we're in MN so halloween is cold around here and she wore black pants under the skirt. This would be great for a bride-to-be at a bachelorette party for sure. It also came with a nice zip-type plastic bag to store it in. I appreciate this - we have puffy skirts all over from princess costumes to to be able to tame one is great! :-) I turned it inside out so the lining could help hold everything together when I folded it in fourths and put in the bag.

I am fairly tall (5'8") and was concerned this would be wayyyy too short but it was just fine. I was actually quite surprised at the quality for the price. The elastic waist band made it easy to take on/off and stay in place- didn't fidget with it at all while wearing. It wasn't even that wrinkled or creased from shipping, I just put it on a pantshanger and hung it in the bathroom for a couple of hot showers and it was fluffy & wrinkle-free. Shipping was fast & the color was just as expected- it matched the rest of my tooth fairy costume beautifully. Would totally recommend, suggest to a friend and buy again!

The skirt is not transparent. There is lining inside.
Skirt length is 17.7 inches / 45 cm and lining length is 15 inches / 38 cm.

**Q: Does this skirt have a lot of stretch??**
A: It has a lot of stretch. It has a thick elastic waist band. Also has lots lo layers to be able to fluff as big as you would like. I will wear mine every year to the parade!

**Q: I need one for my sissy maid costume, is this the stiffest one?  I need skirt to really be wide**
A: This skirt is stiff and it's really wide! I would recommend it if you want really good quality tulle that's stiff and wide! 

**Q: My tutu skirt was balled up in a bag, how can I get the wrinkles out of it ?**
A: If you've an iron with a steam setting, you can keep it on a pants hanger & WITHOUT TOUCHING the actual tutu let the steam penetrate and release the wrinkles starting at the bottom of the skirt. Be very careful (you may want to put an over mit over your hand) as the most will be very hot and you can easily burn yourself. Another option is to keep the skirt hung in the bathroom during a couple of hot showers- that may do the trick. An easier solution that will cost you a couple bucks is to take it to a dry cleaner- they can probably do it right then & there as they can flash steam it and quickly remove the wrinks. Hope this helps!

yep I put it on a dog! Trying to find things to dress up a 100 pound dog is not easy but this fit her perfectly. I was actually impressed with how well this was made and would be comfortable wearing it myself since it is lined. It was reasonably priced especially for the quality. It’s very adjustable with a draw string.
