My husband and I stopped sleeping in with her and without our bed it was pretty empty. I think this is perfect the other option was a couch and we didn’t want that. I chose the dark blue to hide stains (wish they had pink) and it does the job. We’ve had it for over a month now. It’s pretty stiff but I prefer it that way. We only use it to be with her in the room and to read her books before bed. Assembly was easy. Just screw the legs on. They don’t wobble or anything. Also I like the fabric it’s thick but soft.
