I workout often and for a time tried several pre-workout supplements on days I needed a little boost ( or when gym sessions would start at 6AM!) I had read that this little mushroom has been used extensively to enhance athletic performance and increase stamina. I figured if it could do even a bit of that without the horrible itching I get from pre-workouts I would add this to my supplement rotation STAT! I already consume their Sacred Seven blend and can attest to its immunity boosting benefits, quality, and customer service from this brand, so it was a no brainer to get Naturealm's cordyceps. I (along with my husband-this is his account btw lol) have used it on an off for a week and LOVE it! We had 1/2 tsp with either pineapple juice or with TJ chocolate cashew milk. I did notice (as seen in the pics) that it doesn't blend easily with cold liquids. For the nut milk, I first mixed the cordyceps with a bit of warm water and that worked beautifully! I definitely felt more alert throughout my workout and definitely felt more energized! The fact that I had no abdominal discomfort, itchiness or gross chemicals in my workout booster is OUTRAGEOUS-in the best way. If you are on the fence, definitely give this product a try! I've already recommended it to people at my bootcamp class lol. I also consume it about 15-20 min before heading out for my workout. ( PS. I've been adding this to my mushroom coffee concoction every morning and MAN this stuff gets you up and moving (especially when you mix it with Naturealm's high-potency Lion's Mane, it's like O_O ). I've always been pretty low energy my whole life so with the help of cordyceps, I completely bust through my day.And let's not forget the plethora of health benefits.... Cordyceps has anti-cancer properties, helps with inflammation, slows the aging process, and gives you healthy crap load of natural energy. I actually can't believe how well this stuff worked for me and my wife. I've drastically brought my coffee/caffeine consumption to just 1 or 2 cups a day along with finally ditching my energy drink habit.
