In 2014 with today's technology, no one can check inventory in a computer or bother to contact someone in a warehouse, perhaps the same person who goes into the shelves & gathers merchandise for shipment? Ridiculous. I had to contact the vendor twice & desertcart twice, taking time away from work & life. Shopping shouldn't be so difficult, especially not online shopping. Fortunately, desertcart experiences aren't usually like this & they offered a couple of options: return the two duplicate strips for a full refund or keep both and get a 50% return. Because the bobby pins themselves work well and sparkle well enough, I kept both strips for the partial credit.
