It came as described and based off others reviews was exactly what I was expecting. I even ordered one more for my guest room. The fan is so quiet, the light modes are great, and if I want to adjust the rod height I can! This fan is everything and a great product. My only complaint is the directions that come with the fan. They do not, I repeat, do not help you at all on how to install the fan. If you are not handy, and for this I mean you need to be REALLY handy, hire an electrician to install it for you. My father was able to put it up in an hour but he’s a trained electrician/mechanic, and he actually threw out the instructions because they really didn’t tell you anything helpful.
