The cord is extremely bulky and black, very bulky. As far as the flame goes, you can see the light bulb illuminating the flames in the crack of the glass front. It’s a bright white light shining through, it ruins the effect. I am sending it back. Also, keep in mind this is a 1500 watt heater, I didn’t expect that.
