Shrinkage?** A: Hello, they don't shrink, as a chef I have never bought true to size shoes due to us being on our feet all day and with that alone our feet will swell the more that we are on our feet. If your son is a cook or a chef then more than likely he is on his feet for 14 hours a day which will cause swelling and "if" he suffers from any water retention, his feet will swell even more.
