Sadly, I have not measured my foot properly so had to ask for refund as the shoes were too small for me - make sure that you measure your foot on flat surface. I bought size 6.5 which was described as 25.5cm and the inside sole is exactly 25.5cm. I ordered a 4 and I am a true size 4...I could barely get my foot in. Ordered a 4.5 to replace them, they sent another size 4 so I gave up.
