I just started doing Keto and I found this book very helpful.  Also, the recipes are necessary in order to do the diet.  I have used only the recipes in this book to get me started.

I ordered 3 different air fryer cookbooks. Out of the 3, this has been my favorite so far. This one has pictures for every recipe, however, they're black & white photos, so they really help me little. There are a few recipes that I'll never try because they're not my "taste",  but I was pleased that overall these recipes seem simple & call for every day ingredients that most people would have on hand. I've only tried 1 recipe so far, for pork loin. It came out good.
