Love these things. The braided outside lets you cinch it exactly as much as you'd like (great if you're a bit bloated one day and need some slack) and they stretch just a little bit, allowing you to breathe. They're also EXTREMELY durable. The braiding is perfectly intact after days of use as my only belt.
