I use the 3 step treatment twice a week and the treatment serum 4 times a week .Since using this product I have hardly any hair loss. I'm quite amazed as usually my hair brush is full of hair as is the shower! Barely none in either now so I'm super impressed / happy as I've tried so many shampoos and have spent an absolute fortune on them, none have worked!. The product does leave my hair a bit dry but I put some leave in conditioner on the ends after use . No new hair growth yet but I've only been using the product for 3 weeks. No scalp irritation and I have an extremely sensitive scalp and a form of alopecia that causes hair loss, scalp soreness & sensitivity. My hair definitely looks and feels thicker now. It is menthol and feels very cooling on my scalp. I have lichen sclerosis and this causes patches of very itchy skin which get worse with perfumed products and I have used head and shoulders for years but that strips the colour from your hair so I tried this and it is very, very good. There is a leave in product included which I spray on my front and crown before I blow dry my hair and this has helped make my hair look much thicker on the top. My hair is in much better condition now too. Well worth the money.
