Our family has both the C chargers and the micro usb so it was a good choice. I did not realize it also has full USB ports AND AC outlets. it has three tiers of outputs and each tier has its own on/off switch. I plugged both of my table lamps into the center row and now I can turn both my lamps on and off by just pushing the button for center tier. so cool. also has a wireless charger on the top which I use for my google pixel 3 XL and it works very well. the cord is retractable by turning the base and the cord will wind back up inside the unit so you only have as much cord as needed while what you don't need is stored inside the bas of the unit. I would definitely recommend to others.
