They sent a replacement and it was a similar experience. It worked sometimes with sealing. The vacuum works fine, it just won’t seal the bags that cane with it or any other. I had to look at youtube videos to figure out how to get the machine to do a few things but once I did I LOVE it! The bad part is the included bags. They are a pain to work with! you have to seal end after end to make the bags you want! I did notice that almost all of the bags after a while were no longer vacuum sealed. Its as if they somehow got little holes inside that let air in after about 4 days. The way I fixed that was to seal every edge 2 times. That seemed to work and now all my sealed bags are vacuum sealed and perfect!
