These cups are absolutely terrific. They're sturdy and best of all, they don't leak. The lids haven't cracked, which tends to happen with these types of cups. I put all kinds of vinaigrettes and dressings in these and they're great for grated cheeses and dried herbs, too. I think they hold enough dressing for one serving of salad (2 oz.). Not that it really matters, but these cups are actually quite attractive as well. I highly recommend them.
