Delicious and healthy food choice for people on the run who don’t have time to cook but want to eat healthy. Just add water and simmer for a satisfying healthy meal. Add some crispy fried onion, garlic with dried mint in olive oil as a topping when served for a very special treat. Only con is that as it simmers you need to stir it occasionally to prevent boron sticking to the pan. I always have few of this in my pantry for those days.
