Review: Excellent filter, improve the instructions manual - Product is dead on arrival, not sure what kind of quality check they have. No pre delivery inspection. Submitted return request. I got the replacement, actually no where it is written that you need to remove the front cover unpack all the filters put the cover back firmly only then it will work. Fortunately i tried and it is working fine now, this is an excellent purifier with 7 stage filteration best value for money. Buying another one.
Review: Filters not available, DO NOT BUY - the most important thing for an air purifier is the availability of filters, you will not get that with Fraize, I bought 3 of them last year thinking its a local company and lets suppose it, but it was an error, I have sent them mails, called them (phones always off), short of actually going to there office in Gurgoan, I have tried it all, they aren't available on there site, not on desertcart, not anywhere, basically you use them for a season and then throw them in trash.

Product is dead on arrival, not sure what kind of quality check they have. No pre delivery inspection. Submitted return request. I got the replacement, actually no where it is written that you need to remove the front cover unpack all the filters put the cover back firmly only then it will work. Fortunately i tried and it is working fine now, this is an excellent purifier with 7 stage filteration best value for money. Buying another one.
