Most times, it held, tried to take her out often, so she won't get urinal infection, she was diabetic, difficult time seeing her pee pad plus hard of hearing and urinating issues. The fastener is velcro and worked fine **Q: Do these have elastic on the leg holes?** A: Leg holes do not have elastic. Also, the tail hole on the xs is in the wrong place. Not sure about other sizes. She kindly wakes me up twice through the night and its been happening for about a year now, I saw these and went for it. We measured her and went for XL , it fit perfectly. Finally I have a full night's sleep, a full nappy to change in the morning but it's worth it. No leaks!
