## Description

Product description Audio to Fiber Extenders supports 2 Channels (L+R) or 2 independent RCA audio channels of 24-bit digitally encoded broadcast quality audio over one Multi-Mode optical fiber. These fiber optic transmitter and receiver devices are typically used in applications for Staging, Theaters, Stadiums, Parks, Broadcast, CCTV audio and Professional AV applications, etc., and are available for stand-alone and desktop type, or wall-mounted, installations. Use SC UPC / PC connectors with your Multimode (MM) cables. Plug and Play design ensures easy installation and operation, no configuration or driver installation is required. 2 simple LED indicators, one for fiber and one for power are provided to instantly monitor the system’s status. AD-net’s RCA L/R stereo / mono audio extender transmits analog stereo audio signals up to 2 km using a multimode (MM) fiber cable strand over 1310 nm. Each set consists of two units, one on the transmitter side, and one on the receiver side, that can be connected to a RCA left / right analog stereo audio source and RCA stereo audio speakers or receiver, or 2 separate mono RCA channels can be sent over the fiber independently. Review: It just works! - I had to extend line-level audio via outdoor fiber to support a live-streaming setup. I was amazed at the audio quality and discovered a ground loop in the underlying system that I had not been able to audibly detect before. Basically, you just plug them in and they work!
