Although their DNA remains the same and their tastes demand something of the wild, their diet should provide them with all the proper ingredients and nutrition they need to thrive. A lamb protein, grain-free recipe with sweet potatoes and peas provides highly digestible energy for your dog. Made with real roasted lamb, this recipe offers a taste sensation like no other. Supplemented with vegetables and fruits, this recipe delivers antioxidants to help give your friend a healthy lifestyle. Your dog craves tastes from their wild past. Go ahead and give them one.

Review: Resolves Tummy Issues - My frenchie has had clear-the-room gas and messy poo since we've had her. Both issues resolved after switching! This is our second sensitive tummy dog that does well on Taste of the Wild. Our vet even asks what we are feeding because their coats are so nice. Definitely recommend.
Review: Best Food on the Market for Dogs with Sensitive Skin - I've had two Shar-peis (my first lived until almost 16 years old eating Taste of the Wild Lamb from the age of 6 months through adulthood) and this is the only food I would ever feed this breed or any other breed with a short, dense coat and prone to skin issues. Both of my dogs were rescues and both had mange due to poor food and living conditions. Within the year of getting both dogs on Taste of the Wild Lamb, their coats became lush again and all skin irritation subsided. I truly believe it's the best quality dog food on the market and I have been buying it for over 20 years. Highly recommend.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Should we ignore the lawsuit filed in illinois in march of 2019 claiming the consent knowingly hid the fact that testing found large amounts of lead ?**
A: This isn't the only company and it has nothing to do with "poison". Every dog food manufacturer that sold "grain free" dog food is included. Since some study concluded that grain free dog food supposedly causes heart problems (never mind my dog is 11yo and been eating this brand for 10 years and looks like she's 5yo) so greedy lawyers of course started a class action lawsuit. I really wish people would READ the lawsuit before making baseless assumptions!

**Q: There is a Class Action Suit against this product?**

**Q: I've a 40 lb, 4 months old lab. Is this suitable for him...**
A: I would think so - it's a high quality food without chicken (which can be allergy inducing) - however, you might want to get a food that is specific to puppies - 4 months old means he's busy growing and might need additional nutrients not available in an adult food.

**Q: Has anyone had experience switching from the grain free totw prairie formula to the grain inclusive formula?0**
A: Hello – TOTW here! We’re excited to hear your interest in our Taste of the Wild with Ancient Grains recipes! We recommend a gradual transition between formulas over a period of 7–10 days. You can do this by starting with 25% of the recommended feeding portion of the new food mixed with 75% of the recommended portion of the current diet for 2–3 days. Then, 50% of each for 2–3 days, followed by 75% of the new with 25% of the current for 2–3 days before feeding the new food entirely. Also, be sure to check the feeding guide on the bag to ensure you are feeding your dog the correct amount of the new recipe.
