I have worked with computers (software and hardware) for over 25 years, so I know "a little" about the operation of a computer. However, I will edit my registry and then attempt to install it again. If that fails I will return it for a refund, it is not the dollar amount spent, but the principle of the matter..especially when there were quite a few 5 star ratings on this. If I get it to work I will revise my rating and update you on how I fixed the problem. ****UPDATE*** Turns out Windows 10 and Windows Defender was the problem! After fixing that the application works very well! Thanks! Review: be ware -nothing but problems - Used for video and music, very good quality. Carefully read and follow instructions. U must download zip program first to unzip files to install program. Simple program interface and can save downloads in specific folders, quite fast once u use it 2 or 3 times.
