Then add potatoes and carrots and 13 more minutes at full pressure. Deer tenderloin, fry diced onions, brown the tenderloin, put in potatoes carrots and seasoning. 13-14 minutes at full pressure. Very rich and delicious, makes excellent stew. I start it the night before on low and when I get home from work the next day, it is awesome. You can add the vegetables you like and the taste is great. It has a little salty taste, but not too much (especially if you add quartered potatoes. I had a packet from a sale in my cupboard. It was a few years old and made stuff really salty, but the fresher packets that I ordered were much better. No need to chop up the meat if you buy a big cheap chunk. It will fall apart when you finish cooking it.
