**Q: How many N2 cartridges would have to be injected into the coffee? Does the faucet have a restricter inside to assure the smallest bubbles?**
A: 2 nitrogen or 1 nitrous oxide whip cream charger.
Not sure of the restrictor.  I bought this to test sales of nitro brew at my business.  Not good for large quantities.

**Q: Can this be used with beer? I know beer comes carbonated but I like a nitro beer.  can you put a regualar stout in this and make it a nitro?**
A: Yes you can.

**Q: what is the max pressure of keg? if i add nitro regulator with 18g is it safe for great nitro cold brew at 40 PSI?**
A: No idea, it has a built in relief valve

**Q: I am so confused as to what nitrogen cartridge to use. too many bad reviews on amazon about cartridges. can somebody help me?**
A: I used whip cream chargers
