The fixing template is somewhat confusing. It is better to work it out for yourself. The holes need to drilled at exactly 18 inches (457mm). It says to let the screws protrude by 1/2 cm (5mm), however, they need to protrude a little more than this to allow space for the cable at the back. So, you need to ensure that the rawl plugs are in tight in the drilled holes.Delivery is fast and efficient. This is a great product at a reasonable price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Looks good *by G***E on 19 July 2020* The mirror is pretty light and only needs two screws to hang it so that is easy, although the template is a different size to the mirror? the ease with which you electrifying the mirror will depend on the availability of power in your bathroom. Fortunately for me the mirror was next to a shaving socket so i was able to spur it off of that. Illumination is good the de-mister function works well, just remember to switch it on before you start your shower. All in all it looks classy when its on the wall. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Shame about the instructions. *by J***N on 3 June 2020* A beautiful clear mirror. Installation/user instructions are 1 down from useless. They bear little resemblance to the product. YouTube video is more useful. The cable is tricky to stow if you want a flush fit. A recessed rear is needed. The ‘button’ lights are clear and bright. You don’t need a night light in the bathroom. These could do with a dimmer function similar to the light. That said, it’s a nice mirror which shows our bathroom up.
