I have a large bust so the bust support just collects and digs in, so I wear it under my bra. Really well made, love how the support goes right down to my crotch instead of just focusing mid tummy. Having had four kids I need support on my loose skin low down In my stomach area and this really gives it. Once worn under bra it doesn't dig in anywhere, I can even wear it to bed, the edges are soft stretchy fabric so very comfortable and flexible.
