WERE. In just weeks, the plastic has changed colour and looks like it’s rotting! I purchased these in black/black logo only one month ago (Prime, so delivered straight away). My husband has worn them only once, otherwise they sit neatly in our closet. See photos, I want a full refund please. I know in the pic it looks like paint, but I assure you it’s not. I’ve included a closeup to show how the discoloration only occurs on the top, but it’s not on the sole. Also please note the minimal wear to the soles. I’ve owned 3 pairs of Lacoste fraisier sandals. They’ve all been made exactly the same. Same materials...just different colors.These are totally different. They’ve completely eliminated the soft fabric and foam padding on the under side of the piece that goes across your foot. Now it’s just straight rubber across your skin. I was disappointed but figured they’d still be ok. No, they’re awful. They rubbed three blisters on each of my feet within an hour of wearing them.
