To protect the insides from getting junk sucked up I used a handheld vacuum filter protector and a little rubber band, and added a piece of old hose with some electrical tape to make it a watertight fit and shoved it into the exit valve. The pond was emptied in less than 2 minutes, would have been faster if I had more coffee in meπŸ˜‰ emptying it by hand would have taken an hour and it’s really hot in NevadaπŸ₯΅ Overall a really great tool to have around the house/garage for emergency spills of any size, yes you can use a shop vac but it’s a production to drag it from the garage and find a plug.. *1 tiny flaw, slight leaking from the screws, nothing a little super glue can’t fix ## Frequently Bought Together - Pelican Boats - Paddlers Bilge Floating Hand Pump – PS1374-2 - Kayak/Canoe/Boat Water Hose Evacuation, Black/Grey - LuxoGear Emergency Whistles with Lanyard Safety Whistle Survival Shrill Loud Blast for Kayak Life Vest Jacket Boating Fishing Boat Camping Hiking Hunting Rescue Signaling Kids Lifeguard Plastic 2 Pack - OCEANBROAD Kayak Paddle Leash Stretchable Strap Lanyard Rope for SUP Kayaking Boating Canoeing Fishing Pole Rod 5-7 Feet --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/103588554-pelican-boats-paddlers-bilge-floating-hand-pump-ps1374-2-kayak](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/103588554-pelican-boats-paddlers-bilge-floating-hand-pump-ps1374-2-kayak) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-11-08*
