They keep you up to date and are willing to cooperate with you if there are any issues. The color of the wig is gorgeous. It turns a bright red in the sun and a deep red wine in indoors. I’ve had this wig for about two weeks. This wig will be your friend when it’s dry and your enemy when WET. The amount of tangling this unit gets when wet is unbelievable. I brush it out countless times before washing it and in the end I’m always stuck dealing with a matted mess, which ends in extreme shedding because of the tangling. I’d say get a heavier density if you’re planning on purchasing this. It’s a good wig.. just try not to get it wet. Also you cannot bleach the knots and it doesn’t come pre-plucked. I’d say it’s more of a 3.5 star if I’m being more picky. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I love this wig *by R***N on January 2, 2019*  Really great hair not much shedding at all.
