It did for me, but these people talk about a teaspoon a day....UM??? confusing to me, I just eat seeds if I want to eat seeds, like a meal. Flax...yes you can, two coffee grinder's full, and a cup of dried blended mashed apricots and cinnamon...there's a meal I never forget to buy. Have been taking it since. Since there were no instructions as to how to consume I just put a teaspoon of it in my mouth and chew. It has a nice flavor and the seeds are easy to chew. Whether it is really helping build my immune system is something I am not sure. But I have no objections to continue eating it.The cost of the product is a bit steep, I feel.
