I did air this outside for a few days because it has a strong chemical odor. Put it on the floor of the RV and my sweet old dog can ride in more comfort and it is not slippery either. Even my husband says he can feel a difference, but I'm not really sure if he's just humoring me. Either way, I would recommend this antifatigue mat because it works and it is way less expensive than the fancy mats out there. The only issue is that it only comes in gray, so color coordinating in the kitchen may be difficult.
