This is intended to be my 20" international carry-on taken on "strict" airlines (ie. those with idiotic <22" carry on size limitations even on business class--yes, QR, that's you).The bag is light and appears to be well built. The wheels are very smooth. However, it has two issues. The interior is lined with a soft zipped enclosure for each of the halves. the problem is that the outer edge of the zipped enclosure is like a lip that takes up 1-1.5" of space right around the inside of the bag. The net effect is that it reduces the usable space in what is already a small bag. The bag would've been better off without this inner lip. The second issue is that the bag is not very stable, likely due to the narrow wheelbase. It tends to tip over, especially if have a briefcase stacked on top.
