Cutting through chicken (frozen whole chicken) is so easy with this knife. I wouldn’t say the blade is thick but it’s not thin either. £16 for a boning knife is pretty good, I’d like to say. Especially from victorinox. If you’ve seen their bags then you know their prices are pretty high.
