I froze the entire bag overnight, packed it early the next morning, and everything was still chilled at noon. It was still chilled when I arrived home again late afternoon. It folds pretty flat when empty, which is a plus. Very nice, small lunch bag, and no separate packs of Bjue Ice to freeze, and then leak blue goo all over everything. I don't know how well it will stand up to use, but I think for casual use, it'll be perfect.
