The screws were sufficient but could have been better, but the actual strips are very strong, and the coarseness made handling a bit hard, but the overall finish excellent and the pup runs up and down with no problems. I chose brown, and it looks a lot more homely than than the black ones you usually see in public. NO MORE "SLIP-SLIDING AWAY"! I am very happy with this product for a few reasons, firstly it does not look like plastic in black, it looks like cast iron so looks great on my ramp and secondly it works so well to stop the wood that is a so slippy when wet .
