It contains sea salt so beware a slight stinging sensation when you apply it to your face. I wouldn’t recommend this for highly sensitive skin types. It worked well for me though - cleansed and exfoliated to perfection. The mud is thick so you don’t have to apply too much to cover the targeted surface area. I haven’t tried this in my hair yet, but I will! In a nutshell, if you’re not prone to acne and breakouts and you don’t have sensitive skin, I’d recommend this product.
