This tea needs to be prepared with special care. In order to retain its flavor and taste one has to keep in mind about the quality and quantity of sugar and milk as well. The second time I prepared this tea was altogether different. I used 1.5 spoon of tea leaves and poured nearly boiling water (not over boiled) put the lid on the tea pot and let it brew for four minutes. Then used half spoon of Turbinado cane sugar which has all the enzymes and molasses intact plus some steamed milk. I enjoyed sipping the tea which was full of flavor, aroma and full bodied taste. The Japanese priest has said. , "Tea is a marvelous elixir of health that has the capacity to prolong human life. Most medicines treat only a single ailment, but tea is a panacea for all ills."
