Review: Best power unit! - This is the best. It’s small sturdy plastic case. Well designed push buttons for set up. Clearly marked. Only 2 wires to connect. Took me about 3 minutes to hook it up, hand it up, and program it for run time. Woke up at 0400 to check on my garden lights and they were all shining brightly as they should. I can’t say enough great things about this unit. The price was terrific also.

Simple to install and operate. Little weather contact to date, but seems rugged enough. It hangs on a single mounting tab. Not particularly secure, but no problems with it. Cord was sufficient to get to my outlet, so no complaints there, either. I'd recommend.

**Q: Will turning on a light near the transformer make the transformer turn off? What if it’s in timer mode? Will it turn off mid timer if light is sensed?**
A: Yes, the sensor will detect the light and make the transformer turn off. If it's in timer mode, it will turns off once light is sensed.

**Q: Will this work with a better homes and garden quick fit lighting kit?**

**Q: My son keeps getting the error light. He has only hooked up 3 lights so far so not over and not short circuit. Ideas?**
A: The error light comes on when something is shorted out. Check each fixture, each wire, each bulb for continuity. You have to do a process of elimination to find the cause.
